This company is a real state brokerage website that offers to their employees a 4% commission on there sales. If they can have a direct sales, their commission will be added of 0.5% and it will become 4.5%. This kind of offering to the employees is a great idea because some companies of the same industry have a low commission rate. The employees will choose this company for higher income. Also the employees will do their best in order to have a direct sale so that they can have more income. The company in return, will respect and take care their employees for this kind of service.
